Burger King

Food is consistent and yummy, what you expect when ordering from Burger King. Service is usually lacking to the point of rudeness and that is why I give this establishment 3 stars. One time, the young man taking my order was very nice and polite so I asked to tell the manager. She acted like I was crazy. I'm not sure if she was surprised I would ask to give a compliment or if she was surprised that I thought her staff rude. Either way, she ended up making me regret that I had said anything at all.

This butler king had so much potential to be one of the best BK out there but yet their customer service when order is being taken at the drive thru is terrible…”anything else” after every item or combo I’m trying to order but yet I feel rushed when I’m trying to order for a family which can make me miss something. At least say ok or end with a suggested sale. Drive thru time would be good for window if you chew up time at the drive thru giving your backliners enough time make food and ready as soon the customer pulls up to the window.

A typical Burger King restaurant. The help is very friendly. The food is typical fast food. The place is clean and neat. UPDATE: I'm diabetic and their beverage machine has no beverage other than water that has no sugar. They used to have unsweet tea but not anymore. Very big mistake for type 2 diabetics. Bring back unsweet tea please!

Not going to give any star if possible! But this needs to be brought to EVERYONE'S attention! The employees at this fast food place is bragging on Facebook of how they take pictures of people's cards when they hand it thru the Window to pay for their food! Making LOTS of joke about how mo one Ever told them they could not do this! Maybe it's time to look into pressing charges with individuals involved and bragging! I have taken pics of these posts on Facebook. I have their names and plan on sharing as much as possible! I know local managers won't care! Hoping someone who does see's this and corrects problems before someone else has issues! This is VERY illegal and I DO plan on taking this to even father then on here! But the public needs to know what these emoyees are doing and laughing about! Whoever hired these punks should be so proud 😡
