Terrible Service, our waitress would come over to our table and then immediately go sit on her phone. We ordered an appetizer and she stated that she didn’t have any plates. We ate off of our napkins until we asked for any type of plates; you are a restaurant why don’t you have plates? We had to ask for Togo boxes. They tried to charge 4% for using a credit card, we used cash instead and the waitress couldn’t explain what our price difference was between the two. We also has to do our own math to figure up the cash total instead of the credit card total. We watched a table of 6+ be seated and no one helped them, they eventually walked out. The entire wait staff was sitting at the bar watching TV and on their phones. Poor service. We asked for a drink menu and she acted like she didn’t know what it was, she then gave us a drink menu and said it was outdated, but they were out of 50% of the drinks. She also couldn’t explain what all was in the drinks. Should have read the reviews before going here….

Walking in to this place you have a feeling this is going to be really good. They did a great job in designing and laying out the restaurant and bar. Wen we walked in there was a couple ahead of us waiting to be seated and the host barely acknowledged them and mumbled where they would like to sit, then did the same things to us. Maybe it was because the earbuds he had in and he couldn't hear anyone? Once seated I ordered a Manhattan that was delivered in a glass half full and was missing the Sweet Vermouth. I ordered the salmon which was cooked like a well done steak, however the sweet potato was perfect. While we ate I guess our server took a break because we never saw her again until well after we were finished eating. I dare not order another Manhattan so I went with a Margarita which tasted mostly like mix. Watching the staff, they moved slowly, never smiling or speaking up. Lots of training has been overlooked. It was not a good experience.

The food was absolutely horrible and the service was worse. Someone seated us and then we had to ask someone else 10 minutes later for something to drink. My son ordered a tea and Grey brought him a Dr Pepper and forgot my water. Had to ask 3 times for it and to get his tea and they charged us for both. My steak I asked for it medium rare and it came out medium well and so much salt that it left a bad taste in my mouth. My son's jalapeño poppers, the bacon around them was raw. The cheese on his burger wasn't melted. They charge $2 a piece for a loaded baked potato and $1 for a side salad for your 2 sides.
I couldn't get my waitress to give me my check, when I finally asked her for the bill and handed her my card, she just Tam my card for $66 and gave me the total. I had to ask her fir the actual ticket so I knew what I paid for. She literally threw it at me. When I complained to the manager she just said they were overwhelmed but they were not busy. When we git there, we were her only table.

Stop for a early dinner while staying at the KOA right around the corner. We had happy hour drinks $ 5.00 margaritas which were large and tasty. My wife had chicken wings, potatoes and salad. I chose the Rib Eye steak which was delicious along with the baked potato and salad. Everything was delicious. We will return on our next trip back to Dodge City KOA.

Nice place and wasn't that busy. I had the 12 oz Cowboy Ribeye and it was cooked very nicely but was a little too fatty for me. Service was great and the beer was cold.

Prime rib dip sandwich was incredible! Prime rib was the most tender we had ever had. The bread they used was a perfect choice for the sandwich as it did not fall apart when dipped.
An absolute must try.
Had liquid Marijuana was just as good!

Finger Lick’N Ribs. Stopped on our way from Colorado to Tulsa. Nice place to relax and take a break and enjoy a COCKtail and eat. Full-Service Bar and great service.

We were in town to teach a class, so went here for dinner. We were at our table for at least 15 minutes before we were asked if anyone had taken our drink order. We had to ask for menus. We had five people in our party, and the restaurant wasn't that busy, but it took over an hour to get our food! I had driven all day to get to Dodge City to set up for our class, so going to another place didn't sound very appealing at that point. One person got the "oysters" which were inedible they were so overcooked. We asked for a replacement, and they were almost as bad. Two of us had pork chops which those were quite tasty, but our sides were wrong. One of our group ordered a chicken fried steak. It came without gravy and was so heavily breaded, we weren't sure there was steak inside! Also a wrong side on his. The final meal, a bacon cheeseburger, was "okay" but nothing special, and the cheese wasn't even melted. The best part came when we got our checks. We were charged $4 for using cards and a ROOM CHARGE of about the same amount...I guess it was for spending so much time waiting for our dinner to arrive! I would not recommend anyone eat here unless you have a leisurely schedule and deep pockets!
