Burger King

We have been trying this place for over 3 yrs now, we will wait in between each visit and try again, every time something is over cooked under cooked and they never cared. Bunch of young kids all the time. This last time was no exceptions..fries were mixed up with fresh and old and served to us, my chicken fries were re cooked and awful.i had enough and called and manager said come in, well she's only been working there a couple of months and she gave me my money back and gave us free drinks, told her I sure hope you can make a difference there..I may be back to see or I may not bother...enough is enough

I placed an order through drive through a week ago. It’s all wrong. I call them and they apologized saying come down when you can and we will replace it. They took my name and number and I told them I will bring the uneaten food, they say not necessary. I was unable to get down till about a week later, but I called to let them know I’m coming and they couldn’t find the information the manager wrote down. Then the manager on duty Daniela basically tells me I should have remembered better who I spoke with, this coming from the restaurant that couldn’t locate my information that they supposedly wrote down. So now I’m out for the 2 burgers s whoppers they put cheese on that were suppose to be plain and my sons dried out crunchy nuggets. Thanks Burger King. I see you’re sticking with your get them in and out who cares about quality or customer relations policy. I’ve been a customer there since the early 90’s I will never ever go back there again. Mount airy can have my and my families business from now on.

Food was freshly cooked and tasted great. The dining area was clean but the ketchup dispenser was not in the usual place but I was given packs of ketchup. But I still had a clean comfortable area to dine at and the food there was very good as always at the Burger King Restaurant in Dobson, NC... Staff was also friendly and very helpful..

Pretty fast service and my little boy is addicted to the chicken fries... The only place that serves them :-) I don't like that when asking to buy a Kids Meal toy they charge an arm and a leg and that you cannot get the chicken fries for a kids meal. However the staff is very nice and like I said there is normally very fast service.
