There were a lot of bees inside. I'm not prejudiced against bees or anything, but they seemed to have been overserved. They repeatedly bumped into the window, thinking it was the exit. From the looks of it, they weren't here for the pizza. They were just trying to catch a buzz

I travel quite a bit and get to eat in a lot of places. I'm also a chef and was intrigued by the menu. OUTSTANDING! Loved everything about The Parlor. Semi-dive atmosphere, non-pretentious, comfy, all about the food. Creative, simple, and done right. The staff was perfectly friendly, proud, and attentive. Coming to this area I had high expectations of eating great pizza and had one of those lucky moments of finding a place that I will remember and tell stories about. Parlor Pockets: soft boild eggs in a crispy, salty crust with house whipped ricotta..... OMG! I think I used my fingers to swipe up the last bit of ricotta/ egg yolk jus. The pizza was smoky from the fire, crisp and accented with the perfect sauce. In true fashion they don't cut the pizza straight out of the oven but, provide scissors for you to cut your perfect slice when your ready. BRAVO!

If you're looking for an "upper crust" pizza dining experience, then look no further than The Parlor. There are few other options on the menu, other than pizza and salad, but that's okay, as they do both superbly. I started with a side house salad with the optional crispy chicken. The chicken was amazing. It was light, crispy, and mouth watering. I still can't stop talking about its incredible flavor. I then had the pepperoni pizza. Incredibly delicious. Fresh ingredients, doughy, tasty, and filling would be the best way to describe this culinary miracle. It was simply divine. In addition to the food, the service was very friendly and attentive. Reservations highly recommended. If you're a pizza person, then you must stop at The Parlor.

I have been to the parlor many times! Love their pizza! The crust is absolutely amazing and their tomato sauce is super tasty! I always take margarita. For me pizza from parlor is a benchmark of how pizza should taste! There are only few places I know which get close to this standard. Great place, friendly people, best pizza, what else is needed?

My partner and I came from NYC on a Wednesday night for the sunset jazz night on the Hudson in the waterfront park, and this was the perfect place for dinner right after! We got a curbside table and it was so personless/ratless compared to NYC (obviously and thankfully). Elizabeth was our server and she was super nice and very observant even though we were seated outside. Her recs were on point (definitely get the brussel sprout app!), and her service was prompt, consistent, and excellently timed. The food here is so creative and tasty; one app and one pizza pie was perfect portion for me and my partner. The drinks we got (cedar maple sour, feather duster) were also great. We ended up being the last customers here but we didn’t feel rushed or out of place; it was quite nice to have the street so empty. We will definitely come back whenever we’re in Dobbs Ferry again~ P.S. There is a “kitchen share” charge on the check which I actually really appreciated.

Always an amazing experience at the parlor. The pizza is amazing. Neapolitan style. Their sides are even more incredible. Another mastermind of Chef David Debari. Chef de cuisine. Very passionate does an amazing job. Bartender's friendly , wait staff does a great job also. People who don't know they specialize in a lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Cozy modern hip hop chic decor. Multicultural welcoming and inclusive. Hipster vibe but with upscale customer service and food. All the food is great and made with love. Cocktails yummy. Pizza is addictive. Brussel sprouts is my holy grail appetizer there. A Must try spot. Perfect for casual foodie heaven date night.

We had an excellent time tonight. It took awhile to get our food but overall the experience was great. The food and flavors were outstanding. We had a special Italian combo sandwich as an appetizer and for pizza we had the meatball and the lemonator. The ice cream sandwich for dessert was by far one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time.

Finally checked out The Parlor, having heard many good things. Tried the Pear speciality pizza, a few drinks and a cappuccino. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful and it stays open later than most other options on the street. highly recommend. Cappuccino was shockingly good for a pizza spot, and they can make an actual mixed drink, which is surprisingly hard to find in the area.
