Baskin-robbins

This used to be a nice baskin robins with good customer service. The last three times I have went the customer service is terrible. You order a milk shake and they are just milk with a little flavor!! When you say something they don't care. You have to pay more money to make it a normal milk shake. Their attitude there is terrible. Do not go there you will be disappointed!!

I went through the drive-through and waited for quite some time because apparently there was a computer issue which is fine except that when they gave me my ice cream it was a already half melted because it had been sitting there on the counter the entire time that they were dealing with this computer issue. On top of that they put the wrong topping for my Sunday which was annoying.

I ordered the Mystical Mermaid Cake a week ago for my 12 year old for pick up today. I want to say that the customer service on the phone was amazing. The website showed that specific cake not being available at the dixon location. The young woman on the phone was incredibly helpful with taking my order over the phone as well as helping me with the different options and choices available. She was very patient with me!! We decided to go with green writing, the same green on the cake. These folks definitely know what they are doing and have the vision! We decided on a chocolate chip 🍪 dough ice cream cake. My daughter absolutely loved the cake. Oh, and wow was it amazing!!! Thank you to the entire staff at the Dixon Baskin Robbins, especially in the times we are in!!
