Mary's Pizza Shack

Ordered pizza and wings through their online ordering system. Paid $3 extra for pepperoni and received a pizza with absolutely no pepperoni. Wings came boneless, hard, and not even fully covered in Buffalo sauce. I heard highly of this place and I’m extremely disappointed after paying over $50 for only 3 items. Not worth the price whatsoever.

One thing that I dislike about myself is that I am Italian and my Grandfather cooked heirloom Italian foods so when I go to an "Italian " eatery I am a little more critical. Pesto, I had better from a package unfortunately. Meatballs, were not to my standard, seemed like it had too much filler and was like eating at Denny's. The food is the equivalent of Taco Bell vs Mexican exceptappliedtoItalian, it is watered down and their own version, not authentic at all or by a long shot, which is typical I guess of a chain restaurant. Prices made it not worth it all. Customer service was satisfactory. I personally would skip dinner all together then to come here and spend my money.

Ordered online a medium pizza, fries, and cheesy breadsticks. My confirmation said the food would be ready for pick up at 3:27. I arrived at 3:30 and there was 2 women already waiting for pick ups, i was informed the pizzas were running behind and my food would be out in 15 min, i then didn’t receive my food until 4:03. I understand it’s super bowl you're busy i get it, what i don’t appreciate is being lied to i would rather be told it’s going to take awhile and wait than get a 15 min time frame because it sounds nice then wait even longer wondering what went wrong now. Pizza was good but because of the extra 30 min wait my other food was cold and hard. Wish i could take my pre paid tip back but Mary’s will not see my money again.
