Panda Express

I went to panda around 4 o’clock maybe a few minutes earlier. I walked in and asked how long was the wait for the honey walnut shrimp she said about 4 min. I really didn’t care because I wanted the hot shrimp with sauce. So I see the employee get out like 6 pieces of shrimp in my tray , go to my car to start eatin a little bit and noticed that my shrimp Was completely dry. I waited longer than I would’ve to get the same shrimp I’ did not want. If I wasn’t already gone I would’ve took it back and asked for my money back , this is the reason I stop giving my money to this panda.

We arrived around 7:48pm and ordered almond chicken and broccoli and beef. My son was very upset as the plate arrived with only 1 piece of beef and all broccoli. Rice was not appealing :(. Staff is not carefully looking at an even portion when serving or serving a fair amount of meat. Watch out when they are serving and make your money worth.

I ordered for delivery 1) DRY chicken 2) the girl that answered the phone wasn't of any help 3) just spoke with the "manager" and she sounded like she didn't even care to remedy the situation Needless to say, I had to eat this dry @$$ chicken because "some people don't like sauce on theirs" it's called TERIYAKI CHICKEN FOR A REASON When you work with people in a food establishment, you need to make sure your customers are satisfied...apparently I'm not the only one..sad to say, I'll be one less customer
