Wendy's

Traveling through and stopped here for a burger. First impressions is that the place is dirty. Counter tops, food storage, tables in the dinning area. Food took way to long to get to us. Maybe this is normal here, but 20 mins to get food seems outside the norm. I’d skip this location next time. Better places to eat that are clean.

This is the best Wendy's by far! Especially the afternoon and night crew! They never let me down and my order is made to perfection every single time. Even when they have a line wrapped around the drive thru! The one attached to the gas station out by the interstate couldn't hold a candle to this Wendy's! Wendy's between Panda Express and KFC is always on point! They never F up an order. The food is always hot and fresh! Also they never forget your straws, napkins, or sauces!!

Horrible place to eat. Came here after monster jam. I know they close at 10 but we got here at 9:15. Nuggets were cold. Fries were cold and soggy. Kattie (not sure if she was a manager or not) was complaining about all the hungry people and she isn’t doing this all night and fussing because customers were wanting their food after waiting forever.

Love Wendy's, I'm not gonna give a bad review because it's obvious they are seriously short staffed so the wait was awful but the food was good. You guys should work on your lettuce wrap sandwiches though....the point is for it to replace the bun so you can pick it up and eat it not turn it into a salad ;-)

$5 BIGGIE BAG. GREAT VALUE & GREAT TASTING & COMPLETELY FILLING. $10.98 total cost for 2. I just recently went back to Wendy's and I have to admit, the service and the food was even better than the last time I was there. I'm definitely going to be going back! I want some more of that great food. The guy who was working drive thru was definitely a plus during my visit. He was extremely polite and very entertaining and plus for my day

I waited at the drive thru order board for 2 minutes. I was greeted with, "Can you hold on?" Two more minutes go by and I get to place my order. I pull up behind the truck in front of me and wait. This person never moves and no one opens the widow. I see people inside but nothing is happening. After 11 minutes I leave without my food. The poor older gentleman in the truck is sitting, just waiting at the window. Wendy's has certainly gone down hill lately. District management should definitely spend some time this store and retrain from the top down. I'm done with with the terrible customer service.
