Service was very slow. They had plenty of staff working, but it still took 25 minutes to get my order. The food was poorly made and undercooked. My stomach has been upset since my visit. Definitely the worst Taco Bell I have experienced.

Using a debit card don't tap yes. I'm glad I had my glasses.
Ask for sauce and they say it's in the bag. It isn't in the bag. Not even 1.

I hope she was not a manager with that attitude. Why work in fast food if you get mad at the customer when you can't make it right?? 😂🙃

This is a great place to eat, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They made my food fresh and warm and it only took like a minute. I was surprised when i got my food almost as soon as pulling to the window!

Usually I have fantastic service here but tonight was kind of ridiculous. This is my chicken cheesy Gordita crunch. Lady at the drive thru window was amazing and did a great job.The cook however failed miserably. Since they are closed now I can’t take the order back. Unacceptable.. “Updated!”Came back and they fixed my food and made things right. Amazing management they are just going through training.
