Worst KFC experience ever. Got the original 10pc meal. Overcooked, Old, and they threw it in the grease when ordered to warm it-it was the inly thing hot in our order since they re-dipped it. When we pulled it out of the bucket it dripped grease. Never seen the original chicken so nasty. When i opened up a chicken breast, the meat was like rubber and hard. Our slaw and mac n cheese-only 1 cup in each "Large Family size".Per KFC guidelines, each Large Family size should be 422 grams which is equal to almost 4 cups- only one close to correct was amt of potatoes though and gravy to the rim. Definitely isnt even 2 cups of coleslaw or mac. Biscuits were hard and cold like they were old and on the counter. Only reason i went here was because my husband was craving some good ol KFC....but we were disappointed.Next time i will go to a better KFC location even if i have to drive a bit ,it would be worth it. Gave 1 star for my Pepsi and the prepackaged chocolate chip cookies that came with it. I wont go to this location ever again, just waaayyy disgusting.

We just ordered food and took it home. Opened the bucket of chicken and all the extra crispy chicken were naked due to the amount of time they sat and cooled off before we bought it. All of the crispy breaded outer layer were in the bottom of the bucket like someone shook the bucket before taking it to the window. Haven’t had fresh chicken the last 4 times here. The gravy wasn’t mixed all the way and it looked and tasted like water with brown food coloring. No thickness at all. Water. Biscuits weren’t cooked all the way. Outside was brown and looked good, cold dough on the inside. Last visit here and if you are reading this go to the grocery store and make your own. The colonel would roll over in his grave and I’m still eating a ham sandwich after spending $50

I had the below issues awhile back and decided to give KFC another try. Again I was disappointed. Red meat inside the chicken. I ordered original and got 2 original and one crispy without being told that was what they were giving me. I asked for dark meat and got both white and dark meat. KFC use to be the best chicken in Dickson. What is going on with them? Ordered chicken yesterday for dinner and got home and had 5 thighs instead of the normal 8pcs. Wasn't told they were giving me all those thighs and the chicken was dry and red on the inside. Very, very disappointed for the price. They used to have good fresh chicken. I don't know what happened with that not being the norm now.

Havent been to FFC in Years. Usually go to Popeyes, but today wife and son wanted Panda Express, and i was not feelin it. Almost next door saw KFC and thought of my childhood days of Sunday afternoons of KFC.Drove then got the 4 piece dinner and drove over to Panda and then home. The chicken was so small, i have seen bigger pigeons. The insult to injury was it was cooked overdone, which they refried it to warm it up or it sat under a heat lamp for a long time. I should have looked at it before i drove away. I am sure they wouldn't have served that on a plate inside. Unbelievable how business's do that and expect return business. Never again KFC its Popeyes forever!

This KFC was the worse location I've been to. The service was terrible from taking my order in the drive thru up until we left. The lady was rushing me through my order and didnt ring up my 3rd drink and told me you only had 2 drinks and was very rude about it. Then we had a two-piece meal and an extra leg for my 2 year old daughter and they failed to put the other leg in the box I went in to tell them and they argued me down so our child didn't get her leg and my fiance didn't get 2 thighs as he asked for. By far the worst service at any restaurant I've had I do not recommend them.

The chicken was cooked so hard. They were really slow. A customer came in and told them if they didn't have it done, he wanted a refund. I felt sorry for the customers coming through drive thru because they didn't know what they were getting. We ordered the chicken breast fill up box, but got a leg and thigh. We had them to change it. I've been to KFC's many different places and had no complaints. I will never go back to the one in Dickson, TN ever again.
