Been a while since I visited a Pizza Hut. Was disappointed that they didn’t have fountain drinks but the wings were tasty and I love the new Cajun dry rub. My wife had a Hawaiian pizza and enjoyed it. The staff was extremely friendly.

Got majority of order wrong. Given another persons order I'm guessing even though told what they give me is what they made because it came up on their screen for that. However they give me a receipt with correct information for what I ordered. Not to mention I used a My Reward for "Free Breadsticks" only for the app to charge $3.19 as an additional fee? Not a good experience.

The order process online is always seemless and user friendly. My order was a carry-out order, and my pizza was quoted to be ready in a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed to see it be ready in that time frame. The cashier/team member/attendant that handled my transaction when I arrived very courteous. We had a pleasant chat that lasted from the point of contact until I was driving away with my pizza. I was thankful to be leaving feeling positive about the entire process.

Nastiest place ever! You can't see in pics but all but 2 tables were dirty, silverware dirty, floors had dry black (looked like poop) clumps under tables. Pizza hut in Dickson in front of the Roxy

Our pizza tasted like it was cooked yesterday. It was cold and hard. We have never threw away a pizza but we did this one. Probably the worst pizza I had. Little Ceasars would have probably been better. I spent almost $30.00 that ended up in the trash. Very disappointed.

I made an order online it said track ur order so I did it said they received my order then a few mins later it said was being prepared and then nothing else happened they never showed up

This EDGE pizza is disappointing. All of my toppings are thrown into the center of the pizza.

The pizza was good and fresh, however the wings were Terrible. The texture was like they weren’t done all the way and the batter was like it had been cooked in old grease. The sauce was drowning half the wings and hardly no sauce on the other half. For approximately $1 per wing I expected a lot better. We’ve had the wings before and they were good but these were terrible we ate one and threw the rest away.
