Sonic Drive-in

I sat here for 7 minutes waiting for my order which was a small order of pickle fries I get the container it's not even halfway full the lady comes out has attitude and is rude I am not okay with the service I got wish I could give zero Stars now I have can wait another 7 minutes or get my $ back get it together people serve things properly the first time and you won't have to be rude to paying customers!!!!!! Wish I could add the picture to show why I'm so irritated

My husband, my 9 year old daughter, and myself came for milkshakes after ball practice. The girl that took our order was extremely rude and saying they were short staffed, but there were at least five people in there! It took the 25 minutes to get our mini milkshakes out. They were laughing hysterically when they handed us the milkshakes, as we were leaving I went to take a drink of my Oreo milkshake and instantly got sick as it tasted straight like rotten milk!! The whipped cream on all 3 shakes was horrible so I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. When she got on the phone and explained to her what happened, she proceeded to tell me that's just how it tastes when they put to much on!!! I have had milkshakes from Sonic several times and never have I ever got one that tasted like this!

Last 4 times I have been there my order was incorrect. Today my son ordered chicken sandwich and got a BLT. It is expected to get what you pay for but now I’m paying the same price I would pay at Logan’s for a steak. Done with sonic. Already done with McD’s and KFC. Before too long I’m going to be completely healthy because working fast food is hard.
