Royal Buffet

Me and my fiancé had a decent experience here that could've been better. First off I'll talk about the positives: The hibachi I got was delicious and didn't take very long. Most of the buffet items that were put out were tasty and there was only a few things that we didn't enjoy. The sushi was made relatively fresh and was also fine. The real problem here is cleanliness, especially since they're one of the only Chinese Buffets nearby. As you can see in my photos, there was dust and grime on every single heat lamp above the buffet line. This is unacceptable and there is without question dust that falls onto the buffet line items constantly. The hood above the hibachi grill also was disgusting and dripping with grease. The dining areas were well kept and cleaned for the most part, however the ceiling tiles in the one dining room are rotting and should have been replaced a long time ago. Overall the food we had here was passable, but the cleanliness definitely needs to improve. Only after these issues are fixed can I truly recommend someone here.

Good food, service and experience. Came with many ppl (13) and we tried just about all sections of food and Hibachi section. Parking was easy/roomy. Very roomy inside too and didn’t notice any issues and seemed clean including the bathroom. Only thing missing was ice cream, but can understand why that wouldn’t be available due to increased contamination possibilities of self-service. We drove about 35 minutes from where we were staying. Would visit again.

Eat here maybe once a month and then catch a movie. The food is always great and the staff are always so friendly!!! These comments about staff holding people “hostage” for bigger tips, I don’t believe for one second. You sign your slip or leave cash. Not one time have I ever had anyone look at the tip amount before I left the table!!!! Is the food better some days than others, absolutely, but that happens everywhere, even your own kitchen!!

We were quite displeased at the buffet. We only went here for a dinner party for my daughter because she went here on a first date with her new husband. She was trying to be romantic and go back for dinner after her wedding. It was my first time there and I wasn't impressed. I. Sorry to be so harsh, but I believe for the price they could do a lot better. The line was quite long to get to the food. In there credit it did move fast. There is also another side where you can get hibachi. You put things o a plate and they will grill it up for you.The variety was nothing special at all. I've had a lot better. It was all pretty bland. The sushi was ok. The variety there on a Saturday night buffet was limited at best. I've been to better. If your just looking for average food then it will pass. But that's about it.

i have never been to a more disgusting establishment. the food is questionable and the staff is rude. after paying $32 for a meal of two people (that sucked) the waitress cornered me in my booth and would not move out of the way so i could get up. she looked at the bill and asked if i could leave a tip and asked me to “be generous, we would really appreciate it”. i left a $1 tip and hurried out of the establishment as fast as i could before she had the chance to kill me. i have never been more uncomfortable and disgusted by the staff and food. i will never eat here again. if you are expecting a nice meal, don’t. it sucks.

I mean...i was out to lunch with my teenage kids and they suggested this place. The offerings on the buffet were extremely BASIC. General Tsos chicken, honey chicken, pork fried rice. Very general and over ordered options...the food was also lukewarm and dried out and appeared to have been left on the buffet for hours. We left our table to go get ice cream and the waitress assumed we were leaving and took all of our silverware and drinks and actually seated other customers at our table. For $15 per person for lunch it was certainly not worth it at all. Will not be returning and would not recommend.......2 out of 10.....
