My husband first saw Taco John's on our vacation out west in 2016. Since then, he always talks about it when we travel out west but never really tried until this last trip we did.
We were so glad we tried Taco John's because it was really good! At least my crispy shell chicken taco salad was. I can eat the crispy shell all day long.

Hands-down worst fast food place/experience I’ve ever had. Zero customers in the store maybe to three people in the drive through. Ordered my food, waited about 15 minutes went to check up on my order. One guy looked at my order/number. I ordered two chicken tacos and super nachos. Guy comes back with just nachos. I don’t understand how someone could actually mess up an order that simple after 20 minutes not even acknowledge anything. The manager or the person that refunded me wasn’t concerned at all.

This is one of the few places that are available and do a great job for late night service. My favorite part is the twilight tacos offer where a soft or crispy shell taco is only a dollar. It’s definitely the place to go for a late night snack.

Taco John's is awesome. The customer service is great, the food is excellent. Hands down my favorite fast food place. This visit was no exception. This was my first time here and I will definitely go back when I am able. Thank yall.

lady at the front counter over lunch constantly yelling at the cooks during lunch rush. she also constantly bad mouths her coworkers and managers to customers up front. very rude to them while their lobby and drive through are packed full. refuses to help them loud enough to hear. won’t be back after our experience with her.

Short staffed. Dried, spilled drink in the self-serve beverage area. Greeted with "What would you like?" No smile, hello, hi there etc.

As bad as Taco Bell is, this place is worse. Definitely the worst tasting taco I’ve ever had. Did not even give salsa packet or offer it.
