Encore Teppan is hidden behind a gas station right off the 60 fwy. It's your typical teppanyaki style restaurant with a bar, tables with grills, and standard tables for those that prefer to skip the fire and flying cutlery show. The ambiance is chill, chefs were entertaining and the food is good. Like most restaurants, the staff was a bit shorthanded, but were always on hand. I counted 3 staff managing the entire restaurant and they were hustling. They handled our huge party without issue too. Remember to tip well!

Do you want the experience of cooking in front of you and delivered to your plate by personal chef, then you are at the right place. Tempuras, noodles and rice dishes are for you. We have ordered chicken noodles, shrimp noodles, scallops, crab cakes from teppan menu along with calamari and vegetable tempuras. I must admit, the food was cooked with love and the acts by chef in the middle of cooking was great experience.

BETTER THAN BENIHANNAS! Our chief Roger was dope! Roger flavored and presentation are great. Our server Alec was awesome as well. He knows how to mix them drinks up proper AF! The food is so bomb. My family have not eaten out in awhile for obvious reasons. This made the wait worth it. VERY genuine staff. Thank You!

To be honest this place is more expensive then benihanas BUT I've never had to wait to be seated. I almost always get the same chef on the Teppan when I sit there which is cool. And I like the sushi roll selection. Even the new york is good and tender....5 stars.

Food is subpar. You could get tastier at Panda Express. The sauces used consisted mainly of blobs of butter, diluted soy sauce, salt and pepper. The proteins were not fresh. You could actually taste the seafood's melted ice, and the meat whether it be a steak or a filet mignon did not taste fresh nor tender. Too expensive for what it is. Even the teppanyaki grill experience wasn't great. The chefs weren't really all that entertaining and skillful.

Love the sushi donut, soft flavorful light and refreshing. The filet mignon and calamari are well made too. Yum

Omg!!! Don’t order online!!! You’ll be waiting forever and have to go in and ask about your order an hour later and if you’re lucky they’ll have it ready, or they’ll pull your order then and finally start cooking. Good luck if you’re really hungry. They are aware of this issue but haven’t resolved it. I’m the fool that gave them 3 chances, never again!!!! And don’t try calling in your order, no one will EVER ANSWER!!!!Your steak will always be over cooked too.

Excellent experience! I order the shrimp, with vegetables, fried rice! Our server seemed abit overwhelmed. It took a while to finally place our food orders. Food was grade AAA plus.
