Very good friendly service at this location in Dexter Michigan. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food quality at this location is good as well. This location is also connected to a Pilot Flying J truck stop, so you can take care of other needs while you're at this location as well.

This location doesn't have a drive thru and actually serves breakfast which I haven't tried yet. I purchased the family meal and it was great. The restaurant is spacious and the bathrooms are always clean.

It's Arby's what more can you say. Roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. Definitely try out the spicy three pepper sauce. If they sold it in gallon jugs I would buy it.

From the front to the back...very clean & great customer service including the manager! I also asked for specifics to my sandwiches and they didn't act annoyed (most ppl do) extremely nice people. Thank u so much! Btw the food was so good 😩😍

Restaurant was closed two hours early but the Arby's app still took my order and money. Called customer service because there is no other option for a resolution in the app, got nothing but a refund form filled out and told to wait 5 business days for my money. No food, no money. Not the first time I've went here either and they are closed early. Really sick of the terrible customer service. From the app, to the store, the customer service hotline, I have been nothing but inconvenienced.
