My recent visit was great! Ordering was friendly, efficient, and accurate. The staff were very engaged and so kind. I had my pup Theo with me, and they kindly offered a small treat.

Best Arby's and generally best fast food place that I've been to in a while! The service is very personable with great recommendations and original fun flavor ideas to try. I came up to The drive-thru hungry and frazzled and they made me feel welcomed and helped me find a delicious meal to find my sanity with. Out of all the fast food places in Dewitt I highly recommend their Arby's! 🫶
My kids love Arby's! All Arbys is basically the same food. This Arby's is always clean and friendly. It's our favorite go to fast food when we are in the area.
The manager was very helpful and efficient. He was training someone new while running the front by himself and my order was correct the first time.
I didn't go inside so I really can't comment on the atmosphere.
But I was in a hurry on my way to a meeting and went through the drive-thru and got through really quickly. I ordered a number two meal and I always eat my crinkle fries first, when I reach in to get my sandwich it is wrapped in a bag that's designed to keep it warm. I thought this was ingenious. I haven't seen this anywhere near us before. I have seen it when I was out of state at places. I really like this. By the time I finish my fries my roast beef was still warm.
Stopped in on our way home to Battle Creek after a vacation up North. This place puts our local Arby's (both of them) to shame. First, the staff was friendly and excited for the customers that were there. The place was spotless. Every customer that left, including my family, rang the service bell as they left after dining in. At least five families in all. I've never seen that at any other Arby's. This place deserves an at-a-boy. The only negative comment would be that my curly fries were a little on the greasy side but, that didn't stop me.
I’m sitting here eating the best turkey, bacon ranch sandwich I’ve ever had. The staff is phenomenal. Very polite sandwich very well-made very tasty sandwich. I’ve eaten had a ton of Arby’s. This is the first service that has been top notch top-notch employee top-notch management top-notch sandwich, 5 Stars Way to go Arby’s.
I love my job at dewitt arbys And my coworkers are amazing and super fun to b arpund....we all work together as not only a team but as a family too.

Very good Arby's to visit. I usually eat inside. Quick and the food is hot! Love the staff. Best fast food mozz sticks that exist.
