I had the best Americano here. This place has a great vibe and produces delicious coffee beverages. The staff person here was so nice and friendly. Definitely stop by when they're open for some great coffee. P. S. They also have tea available.

First time visiting. I had the Blue Suede cocktail. Very yummy drink, I really was unsure how blueberry would taste in a coffee drink. Did not disappoint. My friend refilled her growler, she absolutely loves your kombucha! Great service and a nice space. Will visit again, and hopefully sometime will be able to sit and chill there and enjoy the atmosphere.

Tried the vanilla latte and it’s way too strong for me because I like my coffee creamy and sweet but other than that, customer service is awesome and place has a really nice vibe.

This place is growing on me. I've been frequenting the location and working my way through the menu...pretty spiffy.
...plus, the place comes with it's very own neighborhood figment of your imagination, always a plus!

The space here is really neat. I loved the industrial hipster feel to the place. My husband's mocha was exceptional. I had the Baby Face Nelson and personally I thought it was gross. I'll be back to try the cold brew and regular brews though. I'm giving it 5 stars because the staff was friendly, atmosphere was really cool, and best of all they allow dogs in the cafe. I would love to come back when the waffle truck is there.

Love this place! Unique coffee drinks and the best brewed coffee, whichever you prefer. Cool interior with great art... its like going to the bar but with coffee. Love to sit and chat with the 'bartenders'. All nice peoples! If the waffle truck is in town, get a waffle, they are yum!

Just a killer spot , great experience with vinyl that they let you play as well as amazing coffee "cocktails" that they make with the best of coffee ! The baristas are super knowledgeable and friendly as well. Super cozy too with great art that local artists can sell and display. I'm not a coffee drinker so they can make any coffee drink into a wonderful hot chocolate drink or iced if it's summer.

Honestly the best local coffee shop around. Such a variety of craft coffee and quality coffee to choose from. Don’t even get me started on the bubble waffles, because once you start- you will not want to stop! The owner is an all around class act guy and the employees are wonderful people. Super welcoming and a real cool vibe that’ll throw you back to the good ole days when you walk into the shop. Highly recommend!

What a great addition to the Lansing area! The customer service was excellent and the coffee was even better. Oh, and did I mention it's like stepping into the '50's. There's an old time/modern feel that just makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely drive out of my way from now on to visit the Crafted Bean Coffee Co.

Wonderful experience! The atmosphere is great! It is full of music, you can pick the record you wish to listen to and the art is along the same lines. When we were there they were serving waffles, let me tell you the, "I got drunk last night," waffle is amazing! I highly recommend it. The coffee is delicious and you should add the, "Smoking gun" to whatever drink you order. Go check it out....right now!

A small locally owned coffee shop with perfect customer service and a very homey and relaxed atmosphere that will bring you back time and time again! Their coffees are mostly, if not always locally sourced and the drinks they make are probably the best I've ever had at least within the past year. Pricing is competitive with any major premium coffee shop, and If you're a fan of black coffee their nitrogen brew is extremely smooth and delicious!

Absolutely amazing! I hold Mad Cap in GR as the staple for great coffee yet no shop in Lansing has been able to match their quality.
The Crafted Bean not only matches Mad Cap in quality but the cocktail drinks are unique. The smoking gun drink is coffee that is actually smoked! Never heard of it and my mouth is still in a bliss from the complex flavors.
The owner and staff are great as well. The general manager was knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot wait to see what more they do. Keep it up guys!

This is an amazing local small town coffee shoppe. The staff was extremely helpful to first time customers navigating their drink menu. My drink was FANTASTIC! I got the "Bliss" it is the house favorite. It is a coconut cream coffee base with raw honey and vanilla flavoring. Their drinks are all either hot or over ice, so you cannot come in here expecting to get your Starbucks Frappuccino. My only concern is their process does take some time to make each individual drink, and I am not sure how they might handle a rush. With that aside I hope customers come in with an open mind, patience, and a love for coffee! You won't be disappointed!

Great coffee, good selection from local roasters and excellent preperation technique equal a great coffee experience. Staff were warm and welcoming to everyone when I was there. They have adequate seating and facilities. I recommend a French Press of their coffee to get an idea about quality and flavor.
