Subway

This is the second time I’ve been to this Subway and left without a sandwich. The first time I was turned away because she said they didn’t open until 10am.. Today the treatment of the customer before was extremely rude, ignoring please and thank you. When it was my turn She said “ what you want” ?! When I said Hello she didn’t respond. So I left because I didn’t want bad energy make my food. Hopefully she has a better..

I stopped at my neighborhood BP to get lottery, gas, and other things before I headed home to fix lunch/dinner. When I walked in I heard this small very young g sounding voice and this laugh. It made me smile so I needed to see who it was. To my surprise it was this little Lady behind the Subwa. She had just finished ringing out a customer when she noticed me. She right away came over and created me with a lot of spirit and kindness. I found myself ordering subs for my family when that was not the plan. This little Lady was very energetic and bubbly. She kept me involved and never once made me feel like I was picky or a bother. Which I often feel like because, I am am picky have to admit. Instead she gave me reasons as to why I am picky also reassured me I wasn’t a bother. She also said she just took over the Stire in November and has been working tirelessly to turn the image and thoughts of the neighbor hood people. I must say from what I remember 7-8 months ago it was hit or miss if they were even open let alone great and serve you with such care and enthusiasm. She said her name was Angie and to spread the word that things are better and have changed for the better. So this is me spreading the word. Go see and talk to this amazing, positive, and spirited Lady they call Angie. I am sure you will be pleased.

I ordered a turkey bacon wrap. The wrap was molded and it looked like it had some type of plastic material on it. I called up to the restaurant multiple times. No one answered, the person who took my order was new. Normally the two younger African-American people that work there, they always make sure the food is fresh. This man didn’t care and is soon as I saw the Wrap, I could tell that there was something wrong. Therefore I’m pretty sure he saw that and he sold it to me anyways.
