Subway

This Subway is horrible. Ordered three ft longs and a 6". Kid who took the order got confused easily. Charged me correctly but only gave me two ft longs. They have a sign on the door, "Drive thru only but don't worry, we're fast!" Total lie.... they took 30 mins for the 3 cars in the drive thru... Got home and the subs tasted like vinager, they were horrible. Then I find out they were shut down before Corona for rat infestation. Never coming here again. My boyfriend's and my sandwich was ruined.

The manager of this establishment is very rude. My sister placed an order for 2 foot long rotisserie chicken subs. When the employee began making the order, the manager comes over and starts snatching the meat off of her subs! Then when we asked her what was she doing she began yelling at me saying they have to do level scoops. I'm aware of the policy of level scoops. However, the way that the manager handled the situation was beyond rude and unprofessional. You should never berate your employee like that in front of customers. Also the way she told my sister and I that they have to do level scoops was so rude. I will never visit this location again. In addition I could hear her talking about me to her coworkers also.

Im sitting in the driveway waiting on service its 4:27 am December 21st 2013 and no one is here at the 24 hr location. No one on the comms and no one at the window and I think im being lied to because the last 4 time I visited this particular subway they never have the NEW PASTRAMI sub.. and now it's Oct 12 2014 and 540am... no one's here after waiting and blowing the horn several times i guess they take naps around this time it's dangerous to be in a business sleeping due to all the robberies in the Detroit area i hope they get it together before they're on the news. If you're the owner reading this maybe you should stop by between 4:30 and 6 am and find out just why you are missing business and why your store is unguarded. This is a 24hr spot and any random hoodlum could get ideas good luck with your franchise
