Went here for the first time the other day. I asked for ranch and the lady accidentally started putting mayo on it. But she fixed it though. Friendly and fast. Less traffic due to no drive thru.

It gets 4stars only for the fact of one young man, who was working by himself with a line of about 8 people and efficiently serviced everyone with a great attitude! Shame on management for not setting the young man up for success.

Horrible customer service! The lady that worked there had and attitude out of this world, she made a comment about how we were getting on her nerves or she was sick of us being there because me and my family had a big order. We ordered 4 subs a protein bowl and some soup and she was unkind the whole time everyone saw her attitude and my family and I were polite to her.

The chick with the big dry lips always got an attitude every time I go in there... And it's really for no reason at all... And then she started making my sandwich putting the onions and cucumbers first.... Everyone knows the spinach or lettuce goes first.... I just think she needs help with her customer service skills... That's all

Everyone was super friendly. At the end when the manager was wrapping up my sandwich she noticed that the guy didn't put enough Tuna on my sandwich and so she gave me a small container of tuna to go and she was super nice. Definitely will be going back there. I'm traveling from out of town doing work here so I will make an effort to go back and eat at this establishment.
