The drink is hot and great however the service is extremely slow and NOT at the fault the workers. Having 2 employees for an event weekend is very irresponsible. The managers should be more considerate towards their employees and aware of upcoming event that involve their location.

Not only do you get great food and fabulous coffee, but they also have the greatest service!! Each barista is not only knowledgeable about their products but they try to develop customer relationships to make each customer feel welcome! Very much appreciated in the busy world we live in!! Thanks guys! Keep up the phenomenal work!

This is the best Starbucks in the Detroit area. They have done coffees for me on nearly a weekly basis for a couple years now, and they are the only place that gets my drink right 100% of the time. It doesn't matter who makes my drink here, because everybody's been trained to do it exactly right. They are so good, I suggested to their manager that they use this store as a training location to teach other people how to do it right.

This was probably the most laid back Starbucks I have ever been in. The guy behind the counter was amazing! The AC wasn't working when we went in but that didn't stop him from being polite and professional.

Great service! My friend ordered a drink that she didn't end up liking (Zombie Halloween frap) and the staff were nice enough to make her a different drink. Very clean and spacious interior.
