The manager was very rude to the employee and did not have very much patience when I asked about menu items. The sandwich tasted stale and ingredients that should have been cold felt warm without it being toasted. I'm worried about food safety at this place.

I went in and got a sandwich. I didn’t think to look at every layer inside the bread and come to find out before I took my last few bites I was eating paper the whole time! 7 months pregnant eating paper from god knows where. Completely unacceptable!

Messed up 2 out of 4 sandwiches on our online order. It's printed, how does that happen? Of course, found out it after we got home. Had to bring sandwiches back (for proof?) Got replacements & a half-hearted apology when I was leaving..
