Trying to order was problematic. And then when our order was ready no said anything so we looked into the bag sitting on the stand and had to move the fries to see it was ours. Thank goodness it was ours after we touched it. And our server was wearing his mask over his mouth but under his nose

I’ve waited on a drive thru for about 20 mins and didn’t get my order right (they charged me for French fries which I never ordered) and when I was requesting to switch my frappe to chocolate shake because my kids don’t drink frappe, manager named Juan denied my request and start telling his team to not give me my request which I don’t find hard to do. And when I told him that the other locations are doing it he then said “not here”. What upsets me the most was when after giving my order, they started laughing and talking in their language. Very unprofessional for a manager.

Night crew is terrible here. They claim to be open 24 hours yet they always say sorry we’re closed at the moment. Makes no sense. Terrible service. Corporate should be contacted. This isnt right. The older hispanic woman that works here is rude and lacks decent customer service skills.

2/2022 3* Food was good. Coffee was good. The service is the lack here. And even then, the service was ok. But communication was terrible. Need people that fluently speak English in a way that is understandable. They may know English, and understand it. But had to have people repeat things to me numerous times, before I could even understand them. And I am placing the order so I know what they should be talking or asking about. But could not understand them. This is the second time there and the second time this has happened. I will continue to use other McDonalds than this one.

I think they just hired the wrong employee cuz recently for the past couple weeks, from 12am to like 4am from when I went, store is said to be open, because it is a 24hour one, and no one helps at the drive through, all the lights are on, and not answering the phones. I went there a week ago and waited in the drive through and no one came to help. Went to the window and the woman was just on her phone in the back. I knocked on the window and she was rude and didn’t even open the window for me to talk to her, she just talked really loudly through the window and was gesturing to me. If you don’t wanna work the drive through at 1Am, close or hire someone else. They never get my food wrong though. Food tastes great. The woman in the back is a piece of trash tho.
