Burger King

I had no issues with my drive through experience. They were nice and my food was actually good. I say that because at other BK locations the whopper tasted funky and it was not grilled. This one it was great! The fries are always delicious. I will stick to this location for sure to get my whopper fix.

Stopped going to this location. African American lady who I guess is manager in the afternoon/evening is horrible. The only location that makes you come in if you order mobile. Not sure why. The attitude is very mean even when asking for something simple like napkins (which should be included anyways). You have new staff weekly who have no idea what they are doing. Probably, because no one wants to work with her so turnover is big. I literally have some type of issue every visit. I honestly have no idea why she still works there... Used to be my weekly bk visit. Now I go once every couple months because the drive to another bk is just to inconvenient and I don't want to deal with the constant bs at this location.

I just ordered breakfast this morning. And my egg and cheese biscuit was over cooked and my hash browns were all crumbled up. People spend their hard earn money on food for you guys to deliver cold food. My meal wasn’t good at all. I also called the restaurant this morning but no one picked up the phone. You guys are the worse. I order from you guys almost every day and my food is always cold.

Honestly horrible customer service. We just had an order and we were missing an order of fries, and with such an ugly attitude she had the nerve to tell us no we didn't. Over an order of fries. It's ridiculous. After she saw that WE DID order an extra order of fries she didn't even apologize for the hostile attitude. She just gave us the fries with such an ugly attitude. Never again will I step in this burger King location.

Tried to order carry out tonight with a burger King coupon. They didn't want my $20 takeout order. Signs posted on door that Vax card is required for those dining in their dining area per cook county. Female manager was rudely requiring Vax cards for all orders (even when stated up front it was to go). I've been going to this location for 40+ years. Very poor way to treat local customers.

Hey you can't beat two for six buck Whoppers the biggest and best and heaviest sandwich available. Ordered with heavy tomato they are filling and hearty. They also own Tim Hortons begging them to come to Chicago. Tell the clowns at McDonald's that when you see a guy buying JUST their dollar Cokes he needs them to wash down the massive flame grilled goodness that they can't touch IMHO. A delicious sandwich best of fast food I believe in quality taste and quantity...you get two pounds of sandwich for six bucks. Try getting that anywhere else
