Sarah was excellent with service. Also saw she cleaned the booth herself with cleaner. Always made sure we were ok with our drinks. King Kobe was easy to eat....medium with some creamy cheddar cheese. Definitely a must....but if your a Chicken to spend $30 On a burger don't look @ this one 😳 Pesto Chicken Wrap was savory/smoky/bacon tasting. 👍

This is a fine restaurant. They have some unique items on their menu which makes it fun. The Saturday lunch staff are OK. Nothing bad, just not great. Only a couple blocks from the Des Plaines Public Library and they have big tables for friends to meet, eat and chat. I had the Cubana with Gluten Free bun, it was a good sandwich with a flavor twist from your hamburger.

On previous visits the food and service was pretty good and they had an excellent beer selection. We've had several different sandwiches, wings, salads, and more and haven't had any complaints. It was a solid four stars. Our last visit was a little disappointing, though. The beer selection wasn't nearly as impressive. I absolutely had to try the peanut butter bacon burger and it was certainly different. It was ok, but I won't order it again. The service wasn't nearly as attentive, either. I hope next time I visit they're the four star edition again.

Very interesting set up for the restaurant. When we walked in it was pick your own seat. Nice thing sometimes as a guest. We sat down and looked through the food, weekly specials. and drink menus.nice selection of beer and cocktails. Cheese curds were good and we didn't have to wait very long. I had the beer battered chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Tator tots were just simply and plain. For the 1st time going, very pleasant experience.

I haven't dined here in person, my experiences have been through carry-out/delivery. This review is based on food only. I've ordered Chicken Mushroom Wrap, Cheese Curds, and Buffalo Cauliflower on separate occasions. Overall, good not great. I found some of their dishes to be bland and execution was pretty simple. It's bar food at best and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But as bar food goes, there's better quality out there. I found the portions to be small for the price. That being said remember that everyone's opinion is subjective. Try for yourself, don't just take my word for it. I would order again.
