Buffalo Wild Wings

Despite not being that busy, it still took us roughly 20 minutes to get a drink. While waiting for our food, they delivered the wrong food to other customers that arrived after we did. When we did finally get our food, I was disappointed for the most part. The fries were possibly the worst I've ever had. Stale, cardboard n flavorless. The margarita which was my first ever tasted nasty. The only thing I enjoyed was the boneless wings I got even if they gave me the wrong amount. This place needs to step it up. Even the booth we sat at was completely not connected and almost fell apart when we got up to leave. Not a good 1st visit to this place. 2nd time here and they didn't have any Buffalo sauce on my boneless wings. The waiters were absent minded. They delivered sauces we didn't ask for. Tried delivering fries we didn't order. The Mule was not good making me never want to drink there again. Both times here I found myself not happy when I left.

I have never seen a Buffalo Wild Wings in this condition. From the time we got to the restaurant it was so poorly managed. I have worked in the restaurant business for many years from being a waitress to a bartender. The manager was awful. The bar was filthy with hundreds of glasses and dirty dishes stacked on the bar. Patrons were having to bus their own tables and go to the bar to ask for a drink. If I was someone sitting at the bar I would have been furious. The bartender was running herself to death waiting on tables and trying to manage the bar. There is zero excuse for this-you are a chain restaurant and need to be professional like one. I will take my business to a mom and pop establishment who cares about my business from here on out.

We had a long day and were happy to eat an early supper. We were 1 of maybe 3 tables. It took a very long time to get our food. We asked for samples of the honey BBQ sauce and sweet sauce. They brought us the wrong sauces, one definitely had curry in it. Once our food came it was clear they put the wrong sauce on my husbands order. My husband wanted the mild sauce, it was very spicy. It wasn't the worst experience but the wrong sauce twice and slow service with few customers - not likely that we'll be back.

This place used to be great! Now, the take out food service is horrible. EVERY TIME I order online or call in for pick up I have them repeat the order because I KNOW it is going to get messed up. I have received my wings messed up with wrong sauces and missing orders. Why is this so difficult? I get it once or twice but every time? Come on!! Please don’t reply with an “I am sorry” or apologizing for horrible service. Just fix it and get back to the way it was. Train your employees properly!

Ordered the boneless honey bbq wings... Let me tell you the sauce is amazing and so juicy! And im very picky with BBQ sauce. Nicole was our server very attentive and informative. Kept our sodas full. Not long of a wait from ordering food to getting it. Also had a tall Wild herd beer, very good! From a very picky person, Buffalo Wild Wings is top notch!!

If I could rate this location a 0/10 I definitely would. The service the first time I went with some friends was horrible, the guy who was serving us was extremely rude the entire time then tried to cover it up with “I’m just kidding” and when i politely asked the waiter if he could grab ketchup for us for the fries when he had a free moment he was extremely rude and also tried to cover it up as to make us feel like he was joking. So my order came out over an hour after my friends got their food and probably spent 2 1/2 to 3 hours waiting for drinks, food, and the bill. My friends and I decided to go back a second time to give this restaurant another chance and had another horrible experience with the waitress as she never gave us silver ware or napkins and drinks, which another waitress brought us, while our original waitress was getting groped by a guy who was visiting her. When we paid I was told they could also not provide me change.

Arrived at 11:30. Only one other table occupied. Staff all running around but no one noticed me. Finally got seated and then left for another 15 minutes. GM came and took order. Nice guy. I ordered traditional wings with fries. Thai curry for my sauce. Seemed like a long time coming with the food, too. Food was fine. I appreciated the extra plate for my bones. No one brought ticket. I finally went up to the counter after a LONG time of being done eating. Cashier said he couldn't check me out without ticket. Flagged down a server and she got me rung up. Lunch cost $12- which included a 15% tip. Even with subpar service, I feel like a creep not tipping. IDK. For average food, there are hundreds of places I would go before choosing BWW again. Of course, they have wonderful coverage of sports with TVs everywhere. And something like 20 sauces to choose for the wings. Didn't want to take away from some good things. And gave them a try for dinner a couple of months later. Still meh. I had the black bean burger which was burnt. Cheese curds were really good. Boyfriend's bacon cheese was really good.

Well first off we went out with my parents for my birthday. Huge mistake to chose this location. I will point out or waitress was great that’s where the positive points end. First of all there were so many waitresses/ waiters and hostess that they were just sitting around at a table behind us being obnoxious and using horrible language when my children were sitting there with us and could hear everything. Yes kids hear it everywhere but should not from employees at a restaurant we are eating at. Secondly all our food did not come out at the same time. My mothers was first then 5 minutes went by then my fathers and so on and so on until my wife was the last. 25 minutes after my moms meal came out. My mother didn’t want to eat her meal until everyone had theirs but had to so it wouldn’t go cold. At one point I asked the manager on when we would have the rest of our meals and he rudely said while walking away from us that he didn’t know. I understand that there are shortages of workers but they had 6-8 people just messing around not doing anything. I’m so upset on our experience especially since it’s where I choose to celebrate my birthday with my family. This place needs to do some restructuring or it’s for sure to end up closed down for good. Which would be a shame for the south side
