Food was not fresh, they forgot to give me half my order and I had to go back but the manager was very nice and gave free stuff on top of what I ordered to make it right.

I got a 2 p chicken dinner original and it was gross the breading was terrible and the pieces of chicken were shriveled up. I usually love eating there but this last time has not want it for a while

Lady said her tablet said online ordering was active. However, both the Taco Bell app *AND* the web app told us that online ordering was disabled. So we couldn’t order the online exclusives that we wanted. Fix that. Yummy food. EXCEPT my “5 layer burrito” was so stale the first bite of its soft shell had a crunch and it smelled like BO and human gas. Tasted quite different than any 5 layer burrito before. I think it had a ton of extra shredded cheese. Nice people at the window.

The other kfc/Taco Bell is never open and when I come to this one instead they tell me they won’t make certain items on the menu. If both sides are open you must sell the complete menu or just don’t open. Trash!!

Speed was great but accuracy sucked!! First we had asked for 2 drinks but they only gave us one and charged us for the second. SECOND they gave us the wrong order!!

The piece of chicken on my taco was so tiny I was truly disappointed they served that. And for a dinner box called chicken box with 4 items 3 of which have beef is a disgrace

We had a $94 on New Years Eve and they got it out to us quickly. Only 4 stars because the chicken wasn't great. They needed to change their grease.

Food was ok. Workers seemed very stressed, but polite. And for the lobby not being open for dine in, place was a bit dirty. Couldn't eat in lobby was blocked off, but had a homeless man and his bicycle just hanging out back there.
