Hands down the best sub sandwich. I like the "round up" option when you make a purchase. Rounding your total up and donating to local emergency responders.

I've never had a bad sandwich at Firehouse. The staff is courteous. I should experiment with sandwiches and soft drink flavors I haven't tried yet. While you can, try the sandwiches they provide the option of coleslaw on. It's good enough that I think we're going back tomorrow so my wife can get such a sandwich again.

My wife and I decided to take a break from the normal subway trip and go to firehouse subs. I have been here a few times I love the fact that there subs are always hot without them toasting my bun and let's admit it sometimes burning my bread. I decided to try the hook and ladder today. The hook and ladder is a great sandwich I love the bread they use and the meat and cheese ratio is right on. Today I decided to try the tea rather then the pop. They have some good sweet tea! My wife had the turkey bacon ranch sub. She loves that sub from here she gets it every time we come here. You really can't ask for a better place to get a great hot sub. I love the sauce selection and the fact that some of the profits go for a good cause is always nice as well. Also sign up for the rewards program it is really worth it! I will definitely be back and I'm sure soon.

Food was delicious even as carryout, I'm normally a "have to eat it there" kind of person because I do not like my sandwiches getting soggy. Service, though very nice, seemed a bit slow for being the only customer in there ordering, and when I got home, there were no pickles like we get when we eat in the restaurant so we were disappointed by that. But, the food was hot & delicious, and I think that's what's most important in a place like Firehouse.

I've never been disappointed grabbing lunch at firehouse subs, though during the lunch hour it gets very busy. That is just a saying on how good the food is there. I brought my sister with me and after the meal she mentioned that shes gonna have to take a long lunch every now and then to go there. My only complaint is that they dont have enough locations

I like the food okay, but the employees move like snails. They probably don't get paid well enough to work any harder. Further evidence to support that is they have a new staff every time I'm in there. They need to find a way to keep staff and probably put a hold on phone orders until things are stable. I'll recommend staying away until they get their operations down.

I love Firehouse!!! The food is made right when you order so it's always nice and fresh and hot. The staff are almost always very friendly, acknowledging you as soon as you walk out the door and usually when you leave.
