Food was hot and fresh expect for the fries. Order was accurate. The guy who took my order and girl who greeted me at the window were very friendly. Love their honey mustard!

Unable to go in store to order. We're told to order online or thru drive thru. Didn't have a way to order online. Drive thru line was to the street. They lost our business that evening.

The food was greasy it tasted nothing like Kentucky fried Chicken used to taste bland flavorless and cold. Didn't get your bang for your buck. Portion sizes much smaller than they used to be not worth what they charge especially flavor wise

I would have gave them zero Stars if I could first off my order was wrong my order was cold and for 45 dollars the food should have been hot and fresh instead I got a 12-piece bucket of chicken I could not eat wrong skin forgot half the order potatoes were cold gravy was cold and wasn't even started when I got there terrible experience never go again.

The late night employees were friendly and got stuff made quick, even though I got there 15 minutes till closing they still had great service.

I order a chicken sandwich meal and a 8 piece chicken bucket. I live a minute away. Everything was warm. The fries were fricking soggy like it been sitting there all day. Sandwich was warm and soggy. Chicken was dry as F!!

The chicken was very dry and not fresh at all. The person at the window didn't even pay attention if I had a hold of the food. The biscuits I could of played hockey with. It was a bad meal and a waste of money. To high of a price for cold old food and poor service
