The man at the window was very nice and we got everything we ordered, it was just old and obviously made hours before. Too old to even eat. Here’s my BK big fish.. yuck! Haven’t eaten at BK in years, won’t be back anytime soon!

Trish or maybe it was tia either way she was the best part of our visit. Messed up food and bickering between employees about who's fault it was. Trish/tia was very helpful and nice we loved her.

I wanted to give 5 stars, though you deserve it after you improve the customer skills slightly. Otherwise, I most usually get what I ask for! They can be pretty amazing if they want to be, I say the Fleur BK is back again, almost, but I'll take it. It can take a few minutes to get tgibgs out, but I understand your lack of staff issues and so long as the food arrives hot n fresh--that's all that matters! A pretty good experience here overall, great job guys 👍

Absolutely unacceptable. They got a big laugh over the fact they way over salted my fries which rendered them inedible. I'M GLAD YOU ALL FOUND IT SO FUNNY, I HOPE YOU ALL GET FIRED.

Fries are amazing. Did they do something different? Maybe it's the plant nuggets flavor in he oil. Either way a surprise since BK has pretty much been bottom of the barrel and their burgers are still dry. Fries are the best though.
