Incredible food! Once you eat here, you’ll crave it again for your next meal. Amazing sandwiches, soups, pastas, and pizza. I also need to try their breakfast. Their bread is the best in DSM. Also, everyone who works there is very kind and caring.

The lasagna with the angry sauce is an all-time favorite of mine. There are probably some other very delicious food on the menu but I couldn't tell you what they were because I only get the lasagna. It is awesome!

I was looking for someplace fast and tasty for lunch (not fast food). Basil Prosperi totally fit the bill. I had the Brie and Vegetables sandwich (brie melted over leafy greens on a bun) and the Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Both were tasty. From placing to receiving my to-go order took about 10 minutes.

The food and service are Always top notch even when busy! Take out is always fast and friendly too! My favorites are their Bread & corn chowder. They never disappoint!
