Subway

I understand completely about short staffing issues. When there is a line and the "sandwich makers" are slow as molasses it makes things worse. Please train employees to be a little faster at making sandwiches. When someone is ordering the same meat on 2 different sandwiches they were only making one sandwich at a time. They where all out of every bread, except white, and meatballs. Saw burnt wheat bread in the trash. Please pick up the pace just a little.

They make some good sandwiches, the staff is friendly, and I love being able to order online and go pick it up. It loses a star though because they never, and I mean NEVER read the special instructions on orders. I've voiced this concern to their store a few times but they still never read it or they willingly ignore it, maybe a combination of both. Also sometimes when I order online you can tell they didn’t care at all about making a good sandwich. Usually due to an absolutely comedic amount of sauce making it inedible because it’s straight up wet from so much sauce. That's my only issues though everything else is great. The staff is seriously very kind every time I stop in and they really do make some good sandwiches MOST OF THE TIME. If they start reading the special instructions more and putting a little more care into online orders, I will change this review to 5 star.

I'm not one to normally write a review but oh man, I just left your store and whoever the woman behind the counter was terrible! I walked in and no one was in line in front of me and she completely ignored me "I said hi" and gave her a smile she responded with a glare and said "what?" I told her that I ordered my sandwich online (this is the first time I've ever ordered online so I didn't know where/there was a pick up window) and she literally glared at me and pointed to the window and said "it's up there!" I looked at her in shock walked over searched and grabbed my order and said thank you to her and again all she did was glare at me like she was going to take my soul and drag it back to hell with her. That woman has no business working in public.

Came here for breakfast today and the lady working also served me a week ago for breakfast and someone please give that lady a raise! She is killing it! Love having a nice subway with great service down the street from my house. Food is great and nicely prepared and everything is way above what I normally expect in a subway in this part of town.

I’m really tired of this location not toasting my flatbread sandwich. I order online and almost every time I order from here they don’t toast it which leaves me with raw, uncooked flatbread. I worked at a subway for many years and I know that you cannot serve them uncooked. Additionally, they never read the special comments section so even if I remind them (to do their job) they still don’t toast it.

I was in on the 1st of Nov 2021 and had a new employee, who wasn't in any kind of uniform. That was the absolute worst part of the whole experience that I didn't even care about just happened to notice. He wasn't really well versed in sandwiches and it was obvious but with his enthusiasm and ability to take direction for a sandwich it made up for it. I was very pleased with my sandwich when I got home. I will definitely be going back and unfortunately this guy wasn't wearing a name tag or I would definitely give him a shout out. I don't normally leave the sandwich artists much of a tip but made sure to hand him 25% tip in cash.
