Hardee's

I stopped by late, after work for some sliders. They were fresh and terrific, but the distinctive part of my visit was the service I got from the young man, Dustin, who waited on me. Not only was he friendly and accurate, but the level of care that he put into taking care of me was more like what i would expect at a nice sit down place. I wish every fast food joint had a guy like him!

We stopped late on our way back from Fallfest & were pleasantly impressed. Dining area was cleanest fastfood eating area we have seen in ages. Employees were friendly, helpful, and even brought our food out to our table. Order was quick (even with VERY busy drive-thru), correct, looked fresh, and tasted as expected. Honestly can not remember last time we ate at Hardee's & didn't really realize this location existed... pretty sure we will be back when in the mood for this type of food.

2 gals working when we were there and we were treated like royalty !! 🎆 Every question that we asked were answered thoroughly. Apparently our cashier was in training. The lady that was helping her would explain to her and then she would repeat to us. I believe this was so awesome to train her this way. I managed restaurants as well as owned one (now retired )and this lady was wonderful and patient with the young girl !!! She should become an awesome employee. Thank you, ladies.

Hardee's, havent eaten at a Hardees in YEARS. The carryout employees were very professional, my order was taken in a very timely fashion and my food, spicey chicken, was very hot, like it just came out the fryer. Very pleased with this hardees, the mcdonalds across the street though, sheesh, that place is a mess.

The food was disgusting, cold and you could tell it had been sitting for awhile the sausage was like hockey pucks. The customer service was absolutely horrible. When I walked in I was not created the guy just stood there. When I said good morning he said what can I get you and not in a friendly manner. After I receive my order which was incorrect and had to be fixed I sat down with nasty food to eat with my son. while sitting there another customer came and there was no one to be found either on Frontline or backline. She stood there and called out for service several times and we even stood there and talked about it and finally the same gentleman came walking out of the office chewing his food and said what can I get for you in a very rude manner . When asked if they had any cinnamon raisin biscuits left all he said was sorry that Evan was turned off a while back it is now lunch time I turned around and walked off didn't give her the option to order anything else. Very very unprofessional staff and when I went up to get a sack for my to-go order that they forgot to give me the man was standing there picking a scab! Absolutely disgusting behavior and language. The employee behind the counter was attempting to replace one of the signs on a step ladder and was having difficulty with it and the words that were coming out of his mouth was completely unacceptable he was using four letter F words and I had my three-year-old son with me and we do not use that kind of language and it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable I will not be returning
