Food was cold. Said closing in 20 minutes but closed in hour. Said the couldn't make nachos but the guy in front got them. Also said they were short staff three people working and there was only us and 1 other person ordering. Very disappointing as three weeks ago was very good. Cashier was rude.

Taco bell times 25 !!! Loved the 🌮 🌮 tacos but ....they were more like 🌯 🌯 🌯 burritos..tbh! Only thing I would say for constructive criticism is to work on the presentation of the nacho grande.. kind of mushy and messy...used a fork and was perfectly delicious tho

Nachos Grande was brunt in the middle of the plate where they tried to hide it🤔🤔, but it was okay!! I'll probably come once more but never again!! This ain't the Mexican way, but when you hire fools that don't know Mexican food then it's a problem!!!

I have been comming here since I have been very young with my family since 1973. . Every time I order the beans they don't always taste the same and the tostadas they don't put enough lettuce on. It seems the workers dont really care about your food or what you want. I also checked the website for hours and it said it closed at 9. I drove from West Desmoines and it was closed by 8:00 They deffinnty need to change the hours on websites and train the staff to make the food how its supposed to be made with a smile to customers. I love this place! Changes just need to be mad to continue with satisfying customers!! I have met all the owners and visited the Okaboj Toco House with a different owner...

Food is great, some new staff, still better than any 'fast food' Mexican in the city. I recommend the soft shell tacos and beef enchiladas......not a red sauce but a thick brown cheesy gravy.....excellent!

Wasted $6 on a throwed together soft shell taco no effort put into it and I mean how hard could a soft shell be to make. I also went in at 10am when they first opened the meat was cold how when you just opened. Took two bites and had to throw it away gross. Customer service horrible as well no hello anything. Get it together
