Best in class independent coffee shop. Chill vibe, spacious and easy to social distance. GREAT espresso drinks - ask for the Sputnik or their version of a mocha. Pastries and breakfast sandwiches worth the $$. And, super friendly service!!

Good vibes, friendly staff and good coffee. I also ordered the “Rover” for breakfast and it was tasty. Highly recommend this cafe

I really like it here, usually come here to get some office/studying done. But today, the 30-something with a beard and slightly balding accused me of stealing the receipt from the receipt printer.....which is weird, because why would anyone do that. When I said, nope I didn't grab the receipt, he asked me about it two more times, even said 'but i heard the sound of paper ripping', and then rolled his eyes as though he didn't believe me. I'm stumped.
And now I went up to get a coffee refill (the other times I've been here, each 'for here' mug gets one free refill). He refused a free refill and made me pay for another cup. When I asked whether this was a new policy, he just said "cash or card" I'm happy to pay for the coffee, I just don't like being treated like a suspicious person for no reason.

now the mocha is just fine, but that coffee itself is terrible.

Amazingly tasty coffee, quirky and fun environment, very minimal on the food menu. Love the local art work and the plants.

The oat milk cappuccino was by far the best I’ve ever had. Friendly and accommodating staff as well!
