For a small town it’s good there are some good Vietnamese restaurants. I chose 515 because the food on the pictures looked good and fresh. I don’t regret for coming here. The food was great and it saved me from starving or having to eat nasty bar food or nasty American food. I’m game, eradicate American Food for any ethnic food period!!!

I was surprised at the quality of food here especially by the Pho. Overall the food I purchased here was good and satisfying. Pho: 8.5/10. Pho here is definitely better than average. Strong mild beef flavor, clear broth, darker rich color broth, I can taste and smell the aromatics, and broth balance was very good. Bun Cao: 7/10. Tasted fine. Nothing special. Bo Kho:7.5/10. Good beefy flavor. Some of the meat portions were cut incorrectly, when I bite into it, the meat was too long and big to chew. Baggett was perfect. Eggroll: 8/10. Good. Spring roll: 7.5/10. Taste fine. Good peanut sauce. Fried rice: 8/10. Good.

Pho 515 is back! And the place looks amazing after they remodeled it. The soups are way better this time around. The flavors were on point! Service is a lot better, way quicker than before. Our apps and entrées were timed perfectly. And of course the veggies are super fresh since it’s located right inside of C-Fresh. So you can do your grocery shopping right after. They did raise their prices but the proportion is huge so totally worth it the money. Stop by and support the locals! (Pho special and bun bo hue are pictured below)

Went here tonight for the first time. As a chef myself it's very hard sometimes to find places to eat out at. However this place was amazing. The authenticity and flavors of the food in this place was incredible. We went on mother's day. Dave the owner n chef came out to our table n introduced himself to my family. Gave all 4 of my kids free juice boxes n soda. Our experience couldn't have been any better. Thank u to the staff and Dave. We will def be back again.

This is by far the best Pho I've experienced in the Des Moines area and I've been to most places around. The broth is extremely rich and flavorful. They go above and beyond. It's pretty cool how it's inside the C Fresh Market. Brings a super authentic feel with an amazing atmosphere.

Great food and service, nice price. The gumbo is much better than I had at some high end restaurants.

For all of you Bun lovers (vermicelli noodle bowls) this is the best I have ever had. Grilled pork, cut up egg rolls, veggies, peanuts, julienned carrots and cucumber with fantastic light vinaigrette. WOW.
