El Rodeo

TERRIBLE!!! I was mad @ myself for not going with my gut & heading across the street to the Steak House. I've ate here many times & never a real issue. A friend & I went there over the weekend. We recieved chips & salsa as usual, but were offed no plates, no napkins, & no silverware. We requested cheese dip, thinking the waiter would surely leave napkins... He didn't. We ordered our food, which was disappointing. It all looked delicious until we attempted to eat & couldn't because WE STILL HAD NO SILVERWARE. After flagging down our waiter, we asked for napkins, silverware, & askes if this was his 1st day. Sadly it was not. It took 10 minutes to bring us silverware. By then my food was cold, they reheated it which I think at that point should've been remade. The enchiladas came with nothing but bland sauce & shredded cheese. Anything else u expect to be on there like sour cream or green onions is gonna be extra. The rice was very distasteful as well, nothing in it, just some color change, & super dry. My friends meal had little plastic pieces in it & her refried beans looked expired. Maybe new owners, because when we talked to the so called boss he offered no apology, no discount, just said he'd talk to the server. Honestly I'm not sure if either him or his waiter understood English or maybe they just didn't care. Either way I'll never eat there again. -Looks are deceiving, service & food are trash.

They are always polite here and fir the money you get a great helping. The servers usually seem nice and and friendly unlike some places. They leave you to eat for the most part and dont come to your table every ten minutes which I personally prefer as I'd rather eat in peace. I went with my mom and her friend and everything tasted great. Thank you guys for a great experience every time. As long as you keep up the good work I'll be back.

Fantastic!!! I got the 12" burrito ranchero with steak and shrimp it was awesomely good. I don't know my servers name but he was on top of everything. He was very courteous, patient and my pop glass did not go dry he checked on me several times to see how things were and if I needed anything else. Making sure the food was good. Kudos to the chef and server I had today. I was there between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. today not too busy yet but by the time I left it was getting busier. I would highly recommend this place. I let him know this before I left.

The wait to get waters and chips, and then to take our orders was a little long. We were starting to think we'd been forgotten. Right after we asked the hostess about service someone came. Other than that it was a good experience. The food was good. And they remembered we had a birthday in our party.

My husband and I eat here quite a bit. We have only had one bad experience, but it did not tarnish our love of this place. The waiters are always very polite and the food is always very good. I have only ever tried one thing that I didn't like and that was the Fajita Quesadilla. I didn't like it because it was too cheesy. Good place, good atmosphere, and friendly people.

Every visit to El Rodeo is a great one. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice and relaxed most nights but still fun for bigger group outings. Servers are courteous, food is served quickly and always hits the spot. Portions are great for the price, I have never once gotten El Rodeo and not left with enough food for a nice lunch the next day. The margarita pitchers are perfect for sharing with a few friends. I always look forward to my visits here!
