Burger King

My experience of this place goes back several years. This used to be my preferred restaurant. The staff used to be awesome here. I always had a pleasant experience at this store until a year or two ago. I don’t know what happened to this place. The staff is rude and you have to wait forever in drive-thru. I waited at the speaker for ten minutes one day with no answer. I drove around to the window just to see if maybe the speaker wasn’t working and was told, “We we’re busy on counter. You’re going to have to go back to the end of the line.” They made me feel like I was back in first grade and had gotten in trouble for cutting line. I told them, “No, I have another option. Bye.” Very sad because I love Burger King but I can’t even go there. Please, clean house and let us know when it’s under new management. Until then, good riddance.

Staff was incredibly rude. Food was cold, order on all three burgers was wrong. The fries tasted of old grease. The drinks were watered down. What can I say. When we got through ordering at the screen, the order boy, didn't say anything, so I asked id I should pull around. He asked, "How else are you going to pay". Deridder Burger King sucks. If you find your self craving a whopper, do yourself a favor and drive to Leesville, heck even Many. Just avoid this building if your looking to have a good day and a nice meal.

This is a whopper that I just went through the drive thru and ordered at DeRidder, Louisiana, with mayo only with a little extra mayo I asked for. I can't even hold it up to eat it without it falling apart. I called and finally got an answer and ask for a refund or replacement for another day and they refused to, unless I brought it back right now. I told them that I was running late and couldn't come back tiday and sge said sorry, but you will have to bring it back. It has like a cup of mayo on it, lol

This place is being driven into the ground!!! Lobby closed and speaker not working.. Won’t park people.. Leaves them waiting at the window.. I was in line about 75 minutes before I drove over the curb to get out.. Cars lined to the road, people upset.. Management has been horrible here for years… Sad..

Burger King in Deridder is ridiculous most of the time the staff is rude then if you go at night they are closed before the time they have posted on the internet or they do not have most of the items on the menu if you know that you’re going to run out why not prep more to me it just sounds like a sad excuse for them not to do the job their paid to do
