Cecil's Cajun Cafe

Came for lunch after passing by sooo many times thinking ‘gonna have to try one day’. Someone recommended the roast beef poboy and they were right! Fresh bun, lots of good roast beef and we got gravy on side instead of on sandwich- to DIP IN 👍🏻. Had the sweet potato fries- waffle cut with cinnamon sugar geeeez. Super impressed and will be back to try other Cajun dishes on menu.

I ended up here because a friend that lives here wanted to take us here when my wife came to visit in the summer. We didn't make it because the only time our schedules aligned, the restaurant was closed. So I was still curious. Well today I satisfied that curiosity. Saturday night is not an easy night for almost any restaurant and much less for one that seems to be the favorite in town. Compound that with the fact that they had live music and that makes a very busy place. Luckily I was alone and they offered a table near the bar. Being at that location the bartender himself came over to take my order. I ordered the boudin balls for appetizer and the ribeye with sweet potato fries. The flavor was great. The steak was very tender and flavorful as was the boudin. I will not hesitate to return to this place given the chance.

My husband and I had dinner here and we were highly impressed. The flavor of everything was fantastic, portions were more than enough, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server, TC, was on top of his game and made sure we had everything we needed. I will recommend this place to family and friends. Ask for TC, you won't be disappointed

I cannot with good conscience give this place anything less than 5 stars. From the moment you walk in the place till the time you leave you are the most important person there. The food is made to perfection. I ordered the Rajun Cajun burger medium well. Perfect. I was here a year ago visiting our daughter and wanted this to be the first place I had dinner. Have not been disappointed. Try this place. You will not regret it.
