I pick up for Uber Eats here a lot, and the staff is always SO friendly, I love them. Place is well maintained. Wish they had a little more stock for seasonal cups and such, but given the small size, they do pretty well in that regard. Any time I order for myself, I never have a problem with the order. I most definitely recommend this location.

Had a small issue and just called to let them know, didnt even want anything from it just a heads up. The store manager Justin immediately was so friendly, apologetic and wanted to make sure I came in when I was free to fix it. Not only that, but the man who rang me out was so charismatic and friendly and the guy who made my drinks was super nice even though I ordered a super difficult drink! Customer service like this is how you create loyal customers and a positive environment!

Absolutely horrible. After waiting over 10 mins for 2 drinks the first comes out and had to be re made. Then the second one finally comes out which was supposed to be iced and it was made hot. When I questioned it I was told that's how the order was placed. No. That's not how it was placed because I'm the one that placed it. I dealt with the second one but once I got home realized that the first drink which was re made was literally only milk and foam. No coffee in it at all. Back to dunkin I go

I ordered on the Starbucks app before leaving my house. I know from past experiences that they tend to take a lot longer to get my order ready than the estimated timer on the app, but today's was the winner. The estimated time of my order being ready was 12:19pm. I arrived at the store at 12:23 and gave them my name. I did not receive my grande eggnog latte until 12:28. Normally, I would not think much of this, but this has happened EVERY TIME I have tried to order ahead from this location in the past 2 years. I avoid this location as much as possible. I try it every once in awhile to see if things have improved, but they never do. This sucks because the people who work there are the most pleasant and friendly of any location I have been to, but maybe that slows them down?
