The lady who brought out our food seemed like she was scared to get closer to the window. I had to really reach out to grab the drinks and food. We got 2 chili cheese coneys and they were served straight up and down in the bag. So there was a huge mess with cheese and chili. We also didn’t get enough straws for our drinks. The drinks were good but the food tasted nasty. I’ve had these items at other sonics and there was something off with all our hotdogs. The pretzels tasted OK.

One of the best Sonics in the area. Always fresh and the carhops are polite. On the rare occasion they forget something, they're always courteous if I ask for it.

3 of the stalls are broken, and one of them has been broken for MONTHS without any repair or a sign being posted. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take the order, and when they started, someone else's order was on our screen, and they spoke to us as if it was the other person still. It took average time to get the food(for Sonic, at least), and the food is always mediocre at best. The time previous to this visit, I ordered a Cherry Dr. Pepper that had so much syrup that I couldn't taste anything else. It was disgusting.

Worst sandwich I have ever gotten from this place. It was so terrible. The lettuce was wilted, to many onions, ketchup tasted sour and the tomatoes were soggy. It will be a good while before I go back.

Visit here regularly and the food is how its supposed to be most of the time. Sometimes they mix things up but the main reason for 3 stars is cause the service is probably the slowest I've seen from any sonic.

Order here all the time. But tonight was horrible. I sent my daughter after placing order and paying online. She pulled into a stall and tried to let them know she was there. Only to find out not only is the stall she is in not working, but the wifi is down. After waiting 20mins she went inside to let them know she was there. Only to be greeted with rudeness, stating we were not the only ones waiting. That other's had been waiting 30mins. She was only trying to let them know that she was trying to check in. I told her just to leave, At this point I just want my money refunded.

We visited there on a Saturday during happy hour, and the place was packed. We ordered snacks, and they brought our order faster than I expected considering the crowd. The mozzarella sticks were average, not quite hot. The pretzel twist was soft and warm, as expected. Neither came with dipping sauces and they did not ask if we wanted any. It seems to be a high volume place, and is run efficiently, if not overly attentively.

Fast fresh friendly and they got the order right sauces included and we came late at night an hour before close so this was a nice experience 👌 keep it up sonic team @derby location a good work ethic will get you guys far and it shows in the food you push out !!!
