Smoothie King

Nice and array of healthy and flavorful smoothie as well as snack options. Clean design and organized appearance. Our drinks were made quickly and tasted great. The floor was a bit dirty. This is the second time I've been to this location. Both times the staff members have not been personable. They make smoothies well, but they did not greet me once or ask how we liked our smoothies. They stood silently, waiting for an order and disappeared to the back kitchen after serving us. They came back out before we left, but we walked out without so much as a thank you. I am not a needy customer and I got what I wanted. But it would greatly improve the atmosphere to step it up and be friendlier. Customers are people too. We like to be appreciated for our business. A couple smiles would help too.

We love the smoothies from Smoothie King! They are the best tasting smoothies around. We don't have one where we live so we try to stop at one when we have the opportunity. While driving through KS on my way to Arkansas, I was excited to see the Derby location was open until 8 oclock on Sundays according to Google. My husband drove way out of the way to get a smoothie only to discover the Derby location closed at 6. Please update your hours to reflect the correct times. It is a big inconvenience to your customers. Thanks.

I went in today and it took forever to get my smoothie. When I finally got it, it tasted stale. Not fresh at all. Also it seems every time I go in to the Derby store there are new employees. High turn over rate it seems. Which leads me to believe it must not be a very good place to work. The only reason I go to this location is because I live in Derby but after today I wont be back to that location!
