Tim Hortons

Used to be my normal Horton's until today (9-10-21) guessing new hires. Very rude, argumentative with my husband giving him medium tea when he ordered large (always). Huffed and took the tea's back, 10 seconds later gave him the 2 large's. After getting home, I opened one to stir it up and found a bug floating in the tea. Both went straight into the sink. Never will return to this location.

While Tim Hortons is absolutely not my favorite, occasionally I'll get a gift card them for a holiday, and whenever I want to use up the gift card, I always try to go to this location over any other location, because the people here are literally the nicest people ever. I was just in a few minutes ago and they were patient as I'm not as familiar with the menu like a regular is, and helped me get a better deal on a meal and gave me an extra bag of tea in my tea per my request, even after I said not to, if it meant paying an extra fee. That's good customer service.

My family went thru the drive thru. We ordered a #2 meal which included a ham&Swiss sandwich and a beverage. Plus a couple other things. We received our order then parked in lot gave the kids their things. Then we noticed that they did give the drink that came with meal. My wife went in and told them. The woman said she only charged us for sandwich not drink. But we ordered the meal. They wouldn't admit that they messed up and wanted the drink paid for. Seems to me that giving the beverage that cost them about. 20 cents.
