80% of the time I come here my order is messed up. I get two coffees one hot coffee one iced coffee both triple triple. Lately has been so bad have not even been drinking the coffee. Just buying to throw away. The bagels are NEVER toasted. It’s like eating raw bread with a pound of butter. Customer service across all Tim Hortons has gone way down.

Been here often every time I visit Lancaster (Buffalo). Great service all around and a very friendly staff. Only thing is, I have consistently not been told my order total when going to the Drive-Thru, leaving me wondering what my total is until I get to the window. Not a mark of good quality. Otherwise, I have only good things to say about this Tim Hortons, and Tim Hortons in general (which are EVERYWHERE in NY).

Ordered a latte and then get up to the window and all of a sudden the espresso machine is down. Anytime after 2pm this lazy coffee shop refuses to make lattes. This time the girl couldn’t even look at me! So rude Stop shopping here!!!!! They probably won’t reach out anyways just pure lazy.

Bought two large refreshers it was So watered down i waisted 6.50$ . The employee made some lame excuse they water it down on purpose. Never again buy anything at this location. I will travel out my way.

Do not go to this Tim Hortons, my boyfriend and I went, the staff messed up our order but we left it alone because mistakes happen. The food however was stale. All of it! The donut, the hash brown sticks, and the breakfast sandwich. Not to add the dead bugs along the window that we got to enjoy as we ate our food.

This is a very friendly Tim Hortons. Ev, who took our order was wonderful! She made sure we had what we ordered. Our morning stop for coffee was enjoyable. Tim Hortons has a true gem with Ev !!! she is a sweetheart ! 🧡

I frequent this Tim Horton's because it's really close. Unfortunately they overtoast most things I order. "Toasted" is Not supposed to mean black! I always order hot tea (I don't like coffee), yet 80% of the time I get coffee! I have only Noticed 2 employees (wpmen)that do a great job during late morning. These 2 things get a person very aggravated.
