Geppeto's Pizza

I literally never leave reviews, but this was just silly! I ordered an original crust medium pizza for $17, and look at the photos! It was the worst pizza I have ever had!!! What in the world does the thin crust look like! For $17 it wad the size of a personal pan and the quality of cheap frozen pizza. I’m very disappointed! Do yourself a favor and go get a frozen pizza at Harris Teeter for $4.50, at least it might be edible!

Nice people good food especially the antipasto salad! The 4% credit card charge though is ridiculous! This is a cost of doing business that is written off each month through accounting. I know, I've owed a number of retail businesses over the years. At least tell the customer when ordering so we can make a decision to order or decline.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Actually very good pizza. Tasty, spicy, flavorful with a really good crust. Crust also firm and full of flavor. Had blackened chicken regular crust pizza with broccoli. Amazing. Also had a supreme style thin crust with sausage, pepperoni, green peppers onions and mushrooms. All fantastic. Note thin crust is very very thin. Family preference is for the thicker crust.... going to try pan pizza next time. Side spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Super fresh and a great treat with the pizza. All in all a very pleasant experience treated very nicely by staff.

Pizza crust did not have the taste or texture of a fresh douugh, Toppings were plentiful. Salad was shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and mozarella cheese, the cheese was fresh, not prepackaged. Baked spaghetti and meatball was very homey. I would have preferred more seasoning. Garlic knots were AMAZING. I would go back just for those!!! So mixed review. Service was good. We were surprised at the surcharge for using a credit card. Having owned our own business for years, we know they are making money on this surcharge. But, knowing their practice, we will be prepared to pay cash.

Service and food were good. Only thing I didn't like and it is a very small thing , is that you get charged a service fee if you pay with card. I'm guessing this is more of whoever they use to process card payments thing and not a restaurant thing but it's still something I'd wish I had known before coming to eat. Not a deal breaker though since the service and food are good.

Ordered online for pickup. It said it would be ready in 15 min(I was very skeptical of this timing, but thought, hey they're a business, they probably know better)...turns out that really meant about 40 min..So I had to wait and wait...oops. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one special and one half bbq chicken half buffalo chicken. The large size really means more like a medium, but still costs $18+ each. The total for 2 pizzas was $40...and they just weren't big enough to justify the cost for me. The pizza itself was reasonably good, although the thin crust was a lil too soggy for our group, so I would probably recommend just getting the original. We all remarked that the cheese was excellent and just the right melty consistency! However, ultimately we all came to the same conclusion that there just isn't much bang for the buck...the size just doesn't justify the price.
