Gypsy Q had some amazing staff, but even that is blown out of the water by their beef brisket. It is literally the best brisket I have ever had. I had to make a second order after my first it was just so good. I'm even making a special trip out of my way before leaving the city just to get more of it before I leave.

Hired gypsy q to cater our party. It was fantastic!! I highly recommend them for any party you have! Nick was very responsive to any questions I had and did great communication with me on the day of the party. Their food was amazing, definitely going to find their food truck!

Amazing food and cool atmosphere with dogs allowed which is always a plus. The brisket and pork are smoked so well and there’s vegetarian/vegan options as well. Plan on coming back for those mountain views!!
