I was greeted upon entering, which is good. The shrimp for the Surf and Turf Bowl was not ready and needed 10 minutes to prepare. It was quite tasty, fresh and hot. Soda machine was partially disassembled with a puddle of liquid in floor in front of it, causing a potential hazard, with no cones or barriers or notices. I would return.
This location's staff is always hustling to keep everything going. 2-3 people in there doing it all. We usually see a mother and son team on the grill, serving, and prepping. Very friendly and quick.
This location is sparkling clean and well staffed. The staff is very friendly and provides quick and quality service. I enjoyed a meal at this location at the tail end of the lunch rush and the restaurant was as clean as if they had just opened for the day. The food was hot and well prepared and the staff was very attentive. The staff ensured there were plenty of tables clean and available for new patrons even though the restaurant was extremely busy.
Tried their breakfast for the first time, egg and potato replacing rice and beans. The only meats were chorizo (good but not very spicy), bacon, steak and chicken. Would have loved beans and breakfast sausage (crumbled, patty or link) on the menu, too. Toppings available were the usual fare. If you're a fan of Qdoba you will enjoy the breakfast menu.
I was in and out and the staff was making my laugh. They really seemed to enjoy their work. Very clean, as always! It's right by my work so I always stop in, always a pleasurable quick experience😊
This place is filled with great people!! Food is always excellent, environment is fantastic, and customer service is exceptional! I love coming here!

Today I had the Chicken Protein Bowl.
It was good! There were a couple of ingredients left out by the restaurant worker but it was good.
Not as good as Chipotle, but if you live near the Lowry Town Center it's convenient.
Edit: changed my review to 5 stars because they've been really nice the last few times I've been in.
