Starbucks

Had an awesome experience this morning with a batista named Angel 😇. She was super pleasant and definitely has awesome customer service energy. She deserves a raise for how she treats her patrons! 👏 👏👏👍👏👍👏 If you're a manager reading this, She is the type of person that you want to fill any company team with!

Of all the Starbucks in the Denver metro area, the Lowry Starbucks is by far our favorite. Their attention to detail is commendable. They consistently get my drink perfect every time, and they take pride in providing excellent service. What sets this Starbucks apart, however, are the people who work there. We have gotten to know many of the baristas on a personal basis, and they always greet us warmly, asking about our day and making us feel like family. They go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and known. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in every interaction. Even though we don't tend to stay and hang out very often, we always enjoy chatting with the staff while we wait for our drinks. They are friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in getting to know their customers.
