Little Caesars

How you gonna ask folks to hold and then never come back to them. Better yet allow the online order service to accept cash as a method of payment. like hello hungry patron over here wanting to spend money at your establishment…. Surprised you’re even in business on foot traffic alone, cause clearly you’re not taking orders the traditional way.

First time ever eating at any little caesar’s establishment and i had ordered online, since i was doing laundry next door i figured it’d be good to take home some food for dinner. little did i know how everything was going to taste. once we got home and started eating the three different items, we didn’t enjoy any of the items. i called back to the store and after 20 minutes of trying to call they finally answer and tell me in order to give me a refund you have to drive back to the store and bring back the food!! i asked again to clarify “you want me to bring back the food that we literally took bites out of?” and they responded with yes. literally EW. i have worked in the food industry long enough to know that taking any food back is strictly against health code violations. for the love of god go elsewhere.

So very disappointed - ordered online - of the five items ordered only three were delivered - did not receive buffalo chicken wings or ranch dip. Pizza and garlic parmesan wings were cold. Order was delivered 30 minutes later than scheduled delivery time. We will never order pizza from Little Ceasars again. What a waste.

Has to be the worst experience I've ever had at little Ceasars Pizza. and I've been going since 1984 !! Pizza not cut , bread sticks were old and dry. Bought a 3 topping Pizza and bread sticks thats it bill was $25.87 unfortunately I'm staying in a hotel for work so I had to pull this Pizza apart to eat.

Food is usually good, but always have to wait. 5-9 pm it should be hot and ready and I waited a half hour for 2 pep and then it was left on a shelf in the back at room temp. You can see it on the left in back from lobby. There is a warmer right there empty most of the time and mine is on the shelf and that is regular protocol as I always see some up there? Then after the pizza is done they say 10 more mins on breadsticks. Bruh. Lol
